The Infinity Solutions® FlexxDeck Inkjet mailing system is the newest product in the Infinity Solutions® product line.  The FlexxDeck can process mixed mail from one sheet up to 3/4” thick media.  Our patented floating print deck is self adjusting to allow processing of different thickness media on the fly without the need of manual adjustments. Feeder automatically processes mixed mail without having to pre-sort by size.    

We have designed the FlexxDeck to print up to 80 inches per second of text at 300 x 600 dpi.  At this speed the FlexxDeck can process up to 30,000 #10 envelopes at draft quality per hour and up to 13,500 #10 envelopes barcode at high quality. 

We also offer an optional Data Matix 2-D barcode scanner/camera and optional bulk ink delivery system which supports HP and Lexmark print technology saving time and money on expensive ink cartridges.
